We were very well welcomed at Eric Lodge. The room was exactly how showed in the pictures and we slept like babies. In the morning Nell prepared a big and delicious Irish breakfast. Stayed at Eriu Lodge for 14 days. Couldn't have been more contented and comfortable. There was a peacefulness about our stay that we have never experienced before on our travels. Our hosts Tom & Nell could not have been more welcoming & helpful. They gave us an insight into what true Irish hospitality is all about. We stayed in Eriu B&B for 2 nights and the hosts were very kind and helpful with us. The beds were really really comfortable and soft and the shower was perfect ! I could not recommend this Eriu Lodge more, the hosts are lovely and accomodating. We had car trouble while there and we had to cut our stay short. The owners went out of their way to help us, i felt so reassured after such a stressful drive. One of my favorite stays while in Ireland. We stayed two nights and found Nell to be a welcoming, warm, thoughtful, generous host. Everything was comfortable, plenty of space, excellent breakfast. Nell was upfront about not having lots of fancy, new updated things in the rooms or house, but also prices accordingly. You'll have all you need and feel like you have a home while exploring beautiful Connemara. Easy to get to clifden and Letterfrack.
